"DONT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU PLAN TO SHARE YOUR ROOM WITH COCKROACHES!!!!!! So disgusting!!!! The guy at the front desk talked about how the place is always busy. Sorry but only NASTY PEOPLE WOULD STAY THERE WITH CHILDREN AND COCKROACHES NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!"
"Rooms are super clean; looks freshly painted! Air conditioning works great! TV and beds are oddly placed but found out today the TV is mounted with a swiveling wall Mount so we can angle it to see the screen much better. Unfortunately no WiFi available (make sure to bring mobile hotspots) however they have a pretty nice kitchen set up between the lobby and laundry room that is available for guests to use that has a stove, oven, air fryer, toaster, and etc…. They have 2 washers and 2 dryers that are coin operated and they provide quarters at front desk when change is needed as well as laundry detergent. Towels are not included with room so bring your own or they do provide for an $8 deposit per set. Room rates are unbeatable with pricing when on a budget! We have a closet space with rod to hang clothes, mini fridge and microwave. Plenty of electrical outlets to plug in all devices! Mattresses are not very comfortable so we had to get a mattress pad for the bed, but like I said it’s the best (lowest) priced place in Winchester when on a budget! Motel staff are extremely friendly and helpful! While we are in an end unit room it does seem to be a quiet place. The outdoor space is lovely, with a huge grassy yard with Trees, shade and seating. We do plan to extend our stay!"
"This place is run by slumlords, thieves and liars. Don't fall for the $50 deposit because you will be told it's a civil matter and take her to court to get your money. This place needs to be investigated by the better Business bureau and the health department."
"We got this hotel for one night as we were passing through town. The room was cheap but filthy. There were cockroaches everywhere. Our room got flooded from the rain, like an inch of water across the entire floor. We asked for towels so we can stop the water from coming through the door and they charged us for extra towels. Every time i went somewhere on the property the man from the front desk followed me. Cheap and creepy motel."
