"My wife, son and all have been attending Super Kicks for a few years now. We started my son in the program when he was 6 years old, and he is currently only a few months away from getting his black belt. The program is a great family activity where children can learn respect and self control. My son is a very hyper child, and this gives him a great constructive outlet for his energy and because of the way the class is structured it is something we can do with him.
