"A representative bothered me in home depot for their $8.88 home inspection. I said yes, because I needed one, and knew I would be using their services to fix some HVAC issues. They didn't reach out to me until almost two weeks later, and unfortunately at the time I didn't have phone service since I PCSed back to the States from a decade tour overseas. Of course when we got in contact after I got phone service re-established, they said the promotion was over. It took them some time to reach out to me, and then they still wouldn't honor their commitment. If this is how they are over a small amount, hate to see how they flounder with big jobs. Well they got a couple of bucks and a good 20 minutes of my time wasted out of me but lost out on more business. Veterans and active duty look elsewhere."

"Excellent Experience. Our 24 year old heatpump finally gave out. The folks at Herman Allen were most responsive and easy to work with. Shannon and Kevin were great on the front end evaluating our needs and suggesting solutions. Install scheduled within several days (other companies were 2 weeks out on work). Install crew (William, Garrett and Cory) was prompt, professional, efficient and friendly. Job site was left CLEAN. Maybe just another install to Herman Allen, but from customer perspective -Highly Satisfied."

"We moved to the area 2 years ago. About 3 months ago our air conditioner quit working. The company we normally use said it would be three weeks before they could get to us. I called Herman Allen and they had some one to our house the very next morning. They had us up and running in an hour. They also did a complete inspection of the ductwork in the crawl space and found major areas of concern. In the end they had to replace all of the duct work and then we just upgraded the entire system. All of the technicians that worked on our church were very professional and kept us up to date on every step of the project. They are my go to HVAC and plumbing service for all future needs."
