"I have been here twice. I feel like if you go anywhere else you are getting ripped off! He is extremely fast and well priced when compared to other local shops. He fixed one necklace on the spot with no charge and the other 3 necklaces I dropped off (Thursday) was ready by Saturday. 2 was dainty thin, a child’s and adult woman’s necklace.. he charged 10-15$ each. I will only go to this location!"
"This jeweler has changed locations to 7941 Halprin Drive, Norfolk 23518 due to the demolition of the old property (for the new ALDI's). In my 30 years of doing business with CHU (one of the owners), I have never met a more honest man. He always has the best prices and workmanship is second to none. He recently replaced a badly worn bale for my 18 kt American Eagle pendant. I told him to jazz it up and he added a thicker and better bale for just 30 bucks total!! He also built up the base ring at the top of the pendant due to wear. If he is not busy, sometimes he will crank a job out in several hours, parts depending. It is rewarding to see merchants go the extra yard. CHU's skill, attention-to-detail, honesty, and professionalism reflect great credit upon himself, and the Goldmaster Jeweler. Steve W"
