"Customer service was sub-par. More chit-chat among employees than with attention to customers. I waited to be rang up, with there being 4 staff standing there having a discussion...smh. And why have wrapping paper if you wrap no purchases?!?!?"
"I usually get great customer service when I come here.. but today was the worst...I was greeted upon my initial entry... but when I got to the area where I was looking at purses. I waited and walked back and forth for about 5 minutes.. (your sales associate Marquetta) looked directly at me.. and didn't ask if I needed assistance..I had to take upon myself and ask someone for some help... I did purchase a purse... but as I asked do you have any inventory in the back... Marquetta said with an attitude.. all our purses are on the shelf... which I knew was a lie... but I wasn't in the mood I was just getting off work..Very bad experience.. but I will return.."
