"TJ Maxx and Marshalls have always been a good place to run in and grab discounted out of season clothes, toys, electronics, etc. I give it a four star because the selection has definitely went down. There are definitely a lot of clothes in there, but most of the clothes that are in there are duplicates and a lot of the same types of clothes. I guess if you really want to get something you have to go on a day that they have a shipment in so you can check to see if there's something good that you want. Other than that the customer service is speedy when you're checking out, they are on top of things in your out from the register within five minutes even if there's a long line."
"I came to Tj maxx in Norfolk Wednesday morning looking for things for my son. They have an awesome selection and added a lot more recently! While I was looking I found a top without a price tag . A new associate by the name of Jenny , came up and asked how I was doing and if I needed help. She was very friendly and got the price of the shirt for me within mins. I then notice I lost my earring and this sweet girl got on the floor and help me look and found it !! Not everyone is caring now a days and it’s so nice to see retail workers who are happy to be at work. Thanks again Jenny !"
