"Never heard of this store until they hired someone around Thanksgiving time. I'm all for seasonal help . But they hired this person basiclly just for black friday , let them go the next day . but than not paying the employee for that 2 days worked .. ive recommend filing a complaint with bbb . That falls on whomever manages this establishment."

"Great experience at Francesca’s! I stopped into Francesca’s last week at Norfolk Premium Outlets to shop for my girlfriend. She loves the store and had an occasion coming up! When I walked in the ladies in the store greeted me immediately and were so friendly. I let them know who/what I was shopping for and they really went above and beyond to find my girlfriends size and dresses that she loved and even found some jewelry that matched. Their store was so neat and organized and they made it so easy and fun to shop!"

"Love this store! There are not enough of them though and the Norfolk Location has been closed since the middle of January. I live in NC & it’s a drive to get to these stores. Hope they open the Norfolk store up again. I’d hate for this location to be closed permanently !!!!"

"Terri, the most amiable saleswoman, made my experience perfect. This woman needs a raise and a promotion. She was so sweet and helpful. We were vacationers who knew nothing about the area, and she told us about all the “go to” places. She helped me pick out all of the clothes, too. I needed something nice to wear out! She made everything perfect. An absolute amazing helper and woman."

"I don’t think the customer service could have been any worse. Yesterday evening my friend and I walked in there at 8:40 and around 8:55 (we were almost done shopping) one of the girls says, “The lights are automatic and will turn off in 3 minutes”. This girl was extremely rude. I dont believe the lights are automatic like that but her intent was to rush us out. One of the other girls was a little more friendly and checked us out and we were on our way. We even apologized for keeping them a few minutes late and thanked the girl. Even though they are supposed to stay until the customer leaves anyway.... The lights in ALL the other stores were still on. I guess they don’t have “automatic” lights. After walking down a little bit I realized I had lost my earring that I was wearing and I ran back to the store and knocked on the door. The girls then discussed whether they should let me back in and the extremely rude one came and opened the door. I told her I lost my earring and if I could just look really quickly that would be great. They didn’t let my friend into the store that was with me to help me look nor did EITHER of the girls help me look for it. They stood there and watched me look. Not to mention it was dark in the store because of the “automatic” lights. I couldn’t find it and asked if I could leave my name and number and if they could call me if they found it. The next day (today) the friendlier of the two girls called me and said they found it. I had to drive back to get it. If they had helped me look the night before in the first place or turned the lights on we probably could have found it then. The really rude girl sees me today and says “you here for your earring” and hands it to me and doesn’t say another word. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to just be nice and helpful and courteous to your customers. We weren’t rude. We were kind and polite. I’m in the hospitality business so I’m not new to rude employees but this was ridiculous."
