"I had an incredibly frustrating experience picking up my medication at CVS recently. The pharmacist's behavior was utterly disappointing. Initially, he completely ignored me, even though I was standing right there. As the line grew longer, he displayed zero empathy for the situation. Another customer tried to encourage him to assist others, but he seemed determined to maintain his rude attitude and ignore everyone else. It was incredibly unprofessional and left a negative impression on me. The pharmacist barely spoke to me, giving off an air of complete indifference. To top it off, midway through the transaction, he abruptly walked away from the register, leaving me standing there bewildered and frustrated. It was an astonishing display of unprofessionalism and utter disregard for customer service."
