"After a couple of visits to my cat's regular vet were unsuccessful in diagnosing her eye issue, she was brought to Dr. Blair. He was able to accurately diagnose her within seconds (Entropion), and suggested an operation with a cost range. She had the operation, and the cost came out closer to the lower end of the range.
