"Terrible slow service. I was second in line and waited 45 minutes to pick up a prescription. I was ignored while standing at the counter and others were ignored while trying to ask questions, while the line backed up to the front of the store. A couple waiting for vaccinations had been waiting an hour since their appointment time. They consistently understaff this pharmacy, and no one moves with any urgency. I will be looking for a pharmacy that values its customers and treats them with respect. Rating is for the pharmacy only- the rest of the store and employees are wonderful."
"I’m honestly shocked to see so many negative reviews about this Walgreens location. Yes, they are busy. Yes, they are short staffed. Yes, you most definitely will wait in line if you go right after work or at peak hours. I honestly have never encountered an unfriendly technician or pharmacist. They have always been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the hard work they do and the smiles they keep on their faces when the line is literally going down the aisle!!!"
