Walmart Supercenter

"NOT SERVICE DOG FRIENDLY!!! This location has been my go to for several years now but pets are becoming an increasing problem. It takes a lot for me to complain about any walmart location as my standards are low because it is such a large entity that uniformity is rare and standards often slip. Today 2/2/2024 ar 6:08pm the manager on duty began by telling me they did not have a no pet policy that she was aware of and there was very little she could do about a persons pet in the store growling barking and lunging at my service animal IN FRONT OF AN ASSOCIATE WHO SAID NOTHING. Though she was aware that pets were not permitted in the baskets of carts she still was very reluctant to take any action. Her initial response to me was "well is she near you now" and "are you still shopping" and suggested that my service animal and I avoid this woman and her pet. I returned my items and left. Moments after I left a large brown bully breed practically drags his owner across the lot and inside the store and the associates don't even bat an eye. There needs to be some serious training done at this location in regards to pet policies and the difference between a service animal and ESA and a pet. They have no idea just how dangerous this is and how much they are opening themselves up for serious litigation by blatantly allowing aggressive pets inside this store. On a positive note they have the BEST staff in the electronics department! Consistent quality customer service for years now. Will change my review when and if staff are retrained and things have changed."

"You have to hunt for someone to help you. A lot of items are not priced,for in the wrong place. They always claim customers move things around, I agree but not when there are 4 or More placed there....."

"Don’t waste your time with ordering groceries here. They are managed by a truly incompetent leadership team. Shame on me for giving them multiple chances to fix simple logistics issues. Basically they don’t plan for call outs, when they inevitably delay your order till the next day they don’t give enough forethought to try and prioritize the previously delayed order. In fact they usually forget about it and after multiple calls they give you some weak apology then offer to have you pick it up. Don’t waste your money on a Walmart + membership or your time ordering from here."
