"Why doesn’t Publix notify the customer when an item is not available? The customer only finds out when they pick up the order. Publix could offer alternates, but the customer would know ahead of time, or when they look at final bill. I am new here and this is very important to me if I am to continue shopping at Publix."

"Went there today (Saturday before Thanksgiving) and asked for assistance with finding things 3 times. The employees were so helpful and nice. The bagger helped load my groceries in the car. The store was clean and everything I wanted was in stock. Love it here."

"I enjoy shopping at this particular store. The associates from management to the cashiers and stockers are pleasant and helpful. On this night I was running late and didn't get to the store until 20 minutes before closing. I needed cheese from the deli. The deli associate was wiping everything down and I asked him if he still had a slicer open. He said yes, but even if he didn't he would have reopened one to help me. Then as I'm trying to move quickly through the store I couldn't find an item. Two other associates cleaning the floors stopped to help me find what I was looking for. The cashier was dealing with a pricing situation with the customer in front of me and very nicely kept apologizing for making me wait. It was just a very good experience."
