"I've been a customer here for many years. The past year, service has gone downhill at the pharmacy. While the front staff and staff in the store are very kind and friendly, the pharmacist and service is slow, pharmacist is rude and not helpful. It takes forever to get prescriptions filled or to even get someone on the phone to talk. I will be sending prescriptions elsewhere."

"I called Walgreens five minutes after they opened. I spoke to a young lady and asked her if she could please call St Marys pharmacy and have my medication transferred to Walgreens because I hurt my back pretty bad and I can’t get to the pharmacy at Saint Mary’s. he took all my information, the phone number to the pharmacy And said OK will take care of it. That was at 9:05 AM. It’s 139 I called back and they said that we don’t have any information about that I said to Jonas with my name, my date of birth and the phone number to the pharmacy, and when the prescription was put in he said oh I’m sorry no there’s nothing here. So I have this horrible back pain because I hurt my back on the job and I’m still laying in the same position because I don’t wanna get up in the pain start and they never called him information even though I told him how terrible my back pain was and this is just the norm for this Walgreens pharmacy which is why I switched to a different pharmacy with my job because you’re constantly waiting forever or they have things mixed up or something. It’s so frustrating here.."

"Our experience with the pharmacist was very poor. When asking if it was safe to take my mom’s prescribed narcotic with Valium he simply said to have narcan on hand, as if my mom knew what that was. We could tell he was trying to rush out of the conversation, not prioritizing the safety of my mom pharmacologically. As a nurse, I understand healthcare is short staffed everywhere. But that’s no exception for his poor customer service."

"This location provides the slowest most incompetent excuse for a pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. I went in four times for a prescription that “will be ready in 10 minutes” to be carelessly told on my fourth time coming in, in a 12 hour span, that the medicine is out of stock and won’t be in for 3 days. The lack of communication the lack of empathy and the lack of attention for their customers is disgraceful. Needless to say I will not be returning and I suggest others to look elsewhere for their pharmaceutical needs."

"Over the past year, service at the pharmacy has really gone downhill. Friday, September 1,2023, I stopped at 5:30 pm to pick up 2 prescriptions. The pharmacy closed at 4 pm. This has happened several times. Two weeks ago, I pick up a prescription that had taken 12 days to fill. If this is the service going forward, I will be moving all prescriptions to another pharmacy."
