"The baked goods here are delicious but everything seems pretty small. I ordered an apple fritter, which was supposed to be "XL" according to their menu, but it was about the size of a donut from any other place. It came out hot and fresh and was delicious. It did take about 15 minutes, however, which seems like a lot for there only being three customers, including myself."

We had breakfast sandwiches, a pretzel dog, chicken tenders, several flavors of donuts and several different drinks. Everything was terrific. I really enjoyed the cold brew coffee. The service here really stood out as top notch. They were really fantastic."

"I have had many different options from the difference baker and every time I am pleasantly surprised with how tasty they are while still being gluten and dairy free. Me and my wife have struggled to find a good bakery and thought we would just never get fresh baked goods again until we found this place. It may seem quite expensive at first but for the ingredients and taste it is worth it. Highly recommend."
"What a fantastic place. Many, many truly gluten-free, dairy-free, and some even sugar-free options, both sweet and savory. Highly recommend everything we tried, to include the mini cheesecakes—sweetened with monk fruit! the breakfast sandwiches, which were so flavorful, and the gluten-free donut my partner had. He made a point to tell me it was, “the best donut he’d ever had, gluten or otherwise.” And he used to work at a donut shop! The staff is so friendly, and it was wonderful to connect over food allergy issues. In some—if not all—cases, the staff has direct experience with this and knows what a challenge managing these can be for families. If you or someone you know struggles with auto-immune, inflammatory illnesses, please tell them about this place. The Difference Baker is a big deal."
