"I have gone to this pharmacy for a few years now. I've had the same perscription the entire time (and went to another Safeway down the street 3 yrs before that). Between the pharmacy and dr office, it is literally ALWAYS something. They keep arguing with me about VA laws. So, I looked up the law. The law states once an intolerance is documented in a "MEDICAL RECORD" the perscription is good to fill (paraphrased). This pharmacy wants "intolerance" written on every single perscription like they are not able to note it in their computers after the first time it is written (they sure can note it when a dr who doesnt know the difference between an allergy and an intolerance refuses to write "intolerance" on a script one time, though). So why can't it be in the computer where my medical record is after that 1 time its written..by a dr!? It makes it very stressful and frustrating every single month to refill my perscription. When I stated this to the pharmacist, he yelled, cut me off, and argued with me instead of explaining why it cant be put in the computer after being on MULTIPLE scripts. Some people that work here are very rude, they hang up on you, or ignore when you call for hours on end, AND some will tell you lies about working on your perscription and its not ready for hours or until the next day. I won't say all, because, I do have good experiences here, too. Some that work here will go above and beyond for you and it is very much appreciated and noticed! This is why I gave 3 *. A few bad apples shouldn't ruin the bunch."

"The pharmacists and technicians at this location are fantastic. Nicole spent over an hour on the phone today to secure a manufacturer discount on my name brand medication. She did not give up and saved me over $75. I can't say enough about her and the rest of the staff. I am transferring all my prescriptions to this pharmacy."

"I receive a flu shot ever year, I just got a flu shot at this pharmacy on Sunday and it looks like the nerve on my left arm has suffered some damage. My arm hurts and feels numb, when I called the pharmacy to ask about my symptoms they ignored my concerns and told me to call my primary care physician. I would not recommend getting a flu shot or any shots there. My family and I went to this pharmacy because it looked decent and had good reviews. People need to be held accountable when dealing with other people’s health, you can’t be giving flu shots without being able to answer to the patient’s concerns after something goes wrong, very disappointed with their response and attitude."
