"I’ve been struggling to get a medication filled for my son lately, his Dr gave me a coupon to show the pharmacist to hopefully get the price down alittle bit for him. The lady who ran the coupon was sweet as can be, but after some trouble of finding out the coupon couldn’t be applied a different pharmacist was explaining to me how it couldn’t be applied due to it being a generic version. She was so cold, condescending and talked down to me with a sickly sweet smile on her face that made me feel like I was being bullied, I walked away in tears and couldn’t believe how rude she had been to me. I was checking out my groceries and crying to myself when a part of me couldn’t help but want to go back and explain to her how horribly she had made me feel. I walked back to the pharmacist and told her “as someone who also works in health care I’m so surprised at how you treated me just now, patients come to you vulnerably and want to feel safe in your pharmacy and you made me feel so sad and hurt how you treated me” and her response to me was “I’m sorry you feel that way” with another sick grin on her face. I stood there dumbfounded and couldn’t believe that even her “apology” was just as condescending. As someone who works in healthcare I would NEVER in a million years treat a patient that way.Never coming back to this pharmacy and I hope she learns form today and learns to treat people better."

"This is usually my go to place and I've never had any issues however today was a mess. Went there to get my prescription filled and met a lady who seemed to not have a great day. I get it, we all have those sometimes but it would be nice if we can still be polite. She took my phone number and gave me a note with a number on it and i figured they'd call or text when they're done and I'll just walk around doing some shopping. Normally they'd give me an ETA but this time they didn't which is fine. 45 minutes later I figured I'd go and ask how much longer because at that point I felt i might just come back later. They informed me it was ready. No text, call or no use for that ticket number. Complete waste of my time."

"My Dr called in a prescription for Diclofenac Sodium 1% Gel ( voltaren Gel ). When I picked up the Prescription, I paid $26.00. My Insurance was charged $30.69. For a total of $ 56.99. This medication can be purchased at Safeway without a prescription for $22.99. On a positive note, Elizabeth is the best !"

"Today my doctor called a prescription into this pharmacy at 10:55 am. At 1:40 I attempted to pick it up and was told the pharmacist was currently working on it (2 3/4 hours later). I was given the #2 and told to wait. 15 minutes later no one had called #2. A young clerk who had just come out to help asked if she could help me. I explained I was waiting for #2 to be called. The older clerk said, "Oh, that's ready." and it was on the "shelf" - who knows for how long since no one ever called my # and the # never showed on the overhead prescription monitor. So, why did it take 2 3/4 hours to begin filling my prescription, why was I given a # if no one was going to call it or use the light up prescription monitor, why did the older clerk not tell me it was ready if they weren't going to call my name or # and they knew I was waiting? All this time there were 3 personnel behind the pharmacy wall and 1 to 3 clerks out front, the older clerk having such a great time laughing and joking. I have used this pharmacy for 15 to 20 years and will be changing!"
