"Staff claimed I didn’t have a curbside pickup, despite confirming the order number and store address, so I had to park and go inside to show the receipt on my phone. Then got chastised for not saying it was a “warehouse” order, when the email says “curbside” all over it. THEN they tried to charge me for the order and didn’t believe it had already been paid for months ago. Very shoddy system so make sure you keep all your emails and receipts."
