"No quality control On 12/10/2023 We ordered produce and meat product from Giant on Burke center parkway in Burke, after we picked up the order and went home we found one of rotten lettuce, the lamb meat had sewage smell although the didn’t reach the use by date SHEIN on the label Don’t trust Giant’s groceries, meat poultry or any food products!! The quality is bad"
"Dont buy the meat here, we bought 40$ worth and ended up throwing it all away. Meat had a valid date and we cooked it right away, we ignored the smell but then everyone got intoxicated"
"I visited the store on November 15th at 9 a.m. and unfortunately had a less-than-pleasant encounter with the cashier. Despite the early hour, her demeanor was quite rude. The issue arose when I had a cart full of heavy drinks, and instead of assisting me, she asked me to transfer each item individually to another cart. What made the experience more frustrating was that she requested I move the items myself while she engaged in casual conversation with others. This lack of assistance and focus on customer needs was disheartening. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and I felt let down by the cashier's behavior. I believe there's room for improvement in terms of customer care and efficiency.
