Estes Express Lines

"We have used Estes for years and have spent tens of thousands with them. Still, when they damaged our freight, they used their internal code system to determine that they only have to pay us less than half the damages. We are responsible for the balance. I don't understand that. We did nothing wrong except use them to ship the freight. Maybe all freight companies do this, but Estes has been our Go-To freight company. It is disappointing."

"This service is Terrible! Everytime I schedule a pickup I have to call two days later to find out why it hasn't been picked up! Worst part is I am only half a mile from the terminal! When yo call no one answers!"
