"I lost my credit card a week ago and called the manager (I believe her name is Sameh) to check on it. She asked me a few questions and confirmed the card was found. So I came a week later and it was given back to me. Sameh was very sweet, polite and professional. This place is always very busy, yet they have great customer service and great products. Personal thanks to Sameh!"

"I was shopping there and my daughter suddenly felt hungry and asked for food, she said she wanted a banana. I grabbed "1" banana from the shelf to keep her calm. When she was eating it, a store employee came to me and said I have to pay. I said yes I know I will pay for it but she was hungry and I am still shopping. He said no, you have to come to register and pay for it. I asked him can't you wait until I am done with shopping he said no, you have to pay. I went to register with him and paid 17 cents for the banana. I have never been humiliated like this before and it happened in front of my kid. This place is a joke. Dirty, smelly and disrespectful to the customers. Good job you just lost a customer over 1 banana! You can't expect professionalism from this place but at least respect. I would pay more and shop from the store where the customers valued more. I will never shop from this place."
"Went there looking for coconut milk powder via a friend’s recommendation. They have it and a lot more! Peruvian, Egyptian and Indian ingredients to name a few."
"The only thing new in this store is the word "new" in their name. Get ready to throw away about one third of all groceries withunt 3 days of buying it. This has happened to us time and again. The store owners do not believe in good faith and have very stringent return/exchange policy. No exchanges with receipt. No exchange of rotten/stale/wilted stuff even if it rots in 3 days of buying it."
