"Heroes Moving and Storage did an amazing job for me - Kyle and Derrick have delivered to my house - not once, but twice! The first time, they navigated our steep, precarious driveway to deliver a piano for me! When they couldn't get the truck up the drive - they pushed the piano up our very steep driveway! They did not give up and they were pleasant and kind the entire time. This time, they delivered my furniture order from Sofa Creations. They took great care with our walls, doors, floors, etc. in bringing the furniture into the house. They were just as determined to do a great job this time as the last. I am so impressed with Kyle and Derrick. I'd trust them to move anything / anytime! ( Also, my initial point of contact with Heroes - both times - was delightful on the phone. I apologize - I cannot remember the name of the person with whom I spoke the first time, but for this latest delivery, Scottie was cheerful and prompt in calling to set up the delivery and in returning my calls. )"

"Very pleased with this moving company! Everything went smoothly from setting up the move to actual move-in day. I feel like there were lots of moving parts and they were able to be very accommodating. Corey and Bill moved us in on the big day and they were very pleasant and professional. They were patient when it took me a few minutes to decide where some items went in the new house and were careful when caring some of the larger pieces of furniture like the piano and desk. They also thought to put coverings over the doors and a mat down in the entry way to protect the surfaces. Would 100% use them again!"

"I could not recommend enough! Had a large 400lb item that needed to be brought into my house. Scottie was amazing coordinating and working with me as the freight company was vague on the actual delivery time. Kyle and Derrick were very careful and did an amazing job. Oh, and their pricing was best of several companies I called. I couldn't find a better company to work with. I love a small business that understands customer service, top quality and professionalism. I wish I could give them a 6th star!"

"Our experience with Heroes was top notch. They promptly came to our home to provide an estimate to pack out our entire first floor for an insurance claim. Lori was very kind and answered all our questions regarding what we should expect. The movers arrived on time for both our pack out and pack in. Nothing was missed, and nothing was broken or damaged. They also worked very quickly, but ensure all our items were protected with more than sufficient packing materials. During the whole process, Lori was super helpful. She returned every text, phone call, and email promptly. She also took the time to inform and work with our extremely difficult insurance adjuster to make sure we paid nothing out of pocket. She went above and beyond throughout. She was always kind and personable. Heroes far exceeded our expectations, and I'd recommend them to anyone."

"We had a three-site move... furniture out of an apartment with some of it going into the second floor of a house and some things to a storage unit, and items out of the house (from the garage, second floor and attic) and into the storage unit. The communication for arranging the move was "spot-on". Everything was communicated up front with no surprises! The truck arrived right on time. Corey, Steel, and Speedy were not only efficient, but they were quick! They were also professional and enjoyable to work with. We were amazed at the coordinated effort of the three. Corey really knows how to maximize the use of space! The company estimated 6 hours for our move. It only took 3.5 hours and the cost was adjusted accordingly. I would highly recommend Heroes Moving and Storage for any move, large or small, easy or difficult!! We will certainly use their services again! Thanks guys!"
