I purchased from Staples and had the product delivered. Staples uses Prestige as a third-party delivery service. Staples assumes no responsibility for Prestige. You're on your own. Good luck. I had to check at least one star before it would post."

"My package was delivered on time and in good condition but I would like to suggest that your delivery vans are marked with your company name on them. I was taken off guard when an unmarked van pulled down my driveway. It can't be hard to get your company logo printed on magnets and slapped on the side or your vans."
"Horrible delivery company! Liars and dishonest. Lasership uses them as hand off sub contractor. Stated my package on truck for delivery, 1 minute later attemptd delivery., deemed unsafe. Really. Suspicious! Never showed! Spoke with manager she was full of excuses. Went from no true real time tracking, driver tracking device broken, she inputted info herself manually, finally driver actually never attempted delivery cause of weather. The next day, said package be delivered within 15 minutes. Actually 1 hour 32 minutes and 15 seconds. Pray no one ships through this piece together company."
