She is a tireless and devoted leader who takes a personal interest in every single student. Moreover, she and several teachers operate an impromptu bookmobile by driving through the neighborhoods in the weekends loaning school library books out of the trunks of their cars. Her leadership and attitude raise everyone's efforts. Lastly, though the school has had some struggles with accreditation, she does not hide from the school's problems and openly and candidly discusses them with anyone, along with her and her team's plans for addressing them."
