"What a great shop! As was said by others, the customer service here is TOP NOTCH! I communicated with mark about a product several times in email and was always met with a quick and courteous response. Meeting him in person was even better. He was knowledgeable, welcoming and even took the time to explain any questions that I might have had. I must also add, the prices are MORE than reasonable. To be honest, the prices were even cheaper than certain bigger named stores locally. The prices even held their own to some online retailers! Mark is a retailer. As one, he knows the costs of items and what makes a fair price for them. He chose to NOT GOUGE the prices like other places. As a result, he has earned another loyal customer! My only regret is that I only found out about his shop after I all but completed my build! If I could, I would have purchased my other items through him. If you are ever in the area, or want quality goods at a fair price, I recommend giving Mark a visit."
