Within weeks, Gary Biggs delivered and assembled my bike, calling several times to determine a precise delivery time. His 2-man team was polite, he reviewed my new machine with me, and left the room spotless. I feel like my new bike is perfect for my needs, it is unobtrusive, and very quiet. "My sales representative Joel was helpful in guiding me to the best stepmill for our needs. The competition had a 4-6 week lead time and did not think that they could install a commercial grade stepmill on our second floor. Joel found a commercial grade stepmill that another customer was not ready to take delivery on (could deliver right away) and was willing to attempt installation on our second floor. The software was not up to date on the machine and I had to complete that part to get it working, however the technician was able to patiently talk me through it over the phone which was a success considering that I don’t do well with electronics. I got a stuck key error on the machine the first few times using it, but again the service support was great in being responsive. We were able to figure which key is sensitive (partial user error) and now I have a solid machine that meets my expectations. When the times comes to seek out more equipment I would definitely reach back out to U.S. Fitness."

I made an appointment with him at the store and he was very helpful and extremally knowledgeable about their products. I settled on the Life Fitness E3 elliptical. The men who set it up were professional and very courtesy. The E3 has a great stride for my size ( 6' ) and it a very quite machine."
