"I have been searching for a new high end cue. I live in Johnson City, Tn and they are not readily available. I saw on Predator's Website that Warehouse Billiards was an authorized dealer. I reached out to them through Facebook Messenger and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Not only did they have the EXACT model I was wanting (all online sites including the manufacturer were sold out), but they also stayed late for me to make the drive from Johnson City to Roanoke. I got to try out the cue I wanted as well as several others. Daniel was very helpful and patient. Very informative without being pushy or badmouthing the competition. I purchased the exact cue I wanted, they even ordered me a longer shaft than the standard. Kristie, the Director of Operations, contacted me promptly once they received the shaft and made sure that I received it. I have been playing billiards for years. I have even had the pleasure of playing with some of the worlds greatest players, well I should say beaten by...lol. I am looking forward to the day they open up a Predator sponsored pool room in the next few months because I will go up once a month just to help support them. I know we use this tool as a method of shopping, but when you are spending a lot of money, it really helps to be able to "test drive" what you want to buy. These "Brick and Mortar" stores are critical to being able to enjoy a game that has brought me a lot of joy over the years. THEY WILL BE THE ONLY STORE I PURCHASE MY CUES. PERIOD. Don't hesitate. "I was actually declined service because I use bondo on my table... been setting up my own tables for 20 years and bondo is actually far superior to all other forms. The lady told me I was not a good fit for them as a result. Not sure why the company cannot follow the request and just felt the table but fairly disappointed with the instance that I follow their requirement to have felt installed... I am far better at setting up my table than most companies and am far more accurate at level and stability... I don't have seams split after a few months. I just wanted to but felt and have it installed."
