"The employees were very rude, had no clue where their merchandise was located & when I did an exchange I was somehow charged for tax instead of it just being even. At that point, I didn’t care if they took my $5. Good riddance! I’ll definitely continue to do shopping for my 12 yr old online if this is the atmosphere I’m entering in to. I work retail myself & this was a disgrace."
"We ordered pajamas for Christmas Eve as a gift and when we ordered, they were in stock. When the order came, one set was there but the other was not. We called and they said they were out of stock. If you have items out of stock, you need to update the website. They offered no compensation. Now we have one child with pajamas and one without. Will not order from here again. Past few orders were wrong and sent back."

"So daughter loves clothes, go to pay, chip card says remove, approved. Computer locks up. They want to use another register, catch is well if it rings up twice you just call us and we will have to fix. So let me see, I pay premium price, you take out double charge and comment is"this happens a lot" Are you freaking kidding me!!! Get new equipment. Manager doesn't even offer discount. Gives me a customer service number to call. AMAZING!!!! Not a satisfied customer"
