"I've been with Andrew Agency if I'm not mistaken, since 2009. They are great until you have an actual problem. When insurance rates increase, they're quick to notify you and that money immediately comes out. Phone calls and emails are almost always returned immediately, until there's a problem. If you get into an accident you're told that you should continue to pay full coverage for a vehicle that is totaled because it's easier to keep it that way. If it takes a month, two months, or even longer to get payment for an accident, you should just understand that these things take time. I thought I had a good relationship with them, and I did, until I actually needed them. Edit: It was over 30 days, not less than, and it only happened because I had to consistently call or email. The claims adjuster in his words said, "I accidentally forgot to respond to you about your claim" because it took 2 weeks before there was ever a response from him. Don't even get me started on Travelers. There is NO reason it should take as long as it does. "This is a reasonable timeframe..." that speaks volumes about how serious you take your customer's issues."
