"I recently made a mobile order. When I got there the sandwich hadn’t even been started. In fact, there weren’t any employees to be seen, behind the counter or in the restaurant. A minute later an employee walked out seemingly unaware an online order had been placed. But before he started it, he said he needed to put a bandaid on, which he did right at the COUNTER with the food! Once he finish preparing, I left with the sandwich and through it out. I tried to get a refund on Jimmy Johns website, I received a automated response but no one ever responded. I would avoid this Jimmy Johns."

"Jimmy John's newest customer. Don't have one in San Diego (yet) but enjoyed the italian sandwich so much I came back for next day for lunch to get Country Club (turkey, ham, and provolone). The bread is what set's the Jimmy John's apart from the rest. I can taste the freshness. Deli meat and veggies taste just as fresh also. Staff friendly and energetic. Staying at nearby hotel and will probably eat here 2-3 more times before I leave. Satisfied customer."
"The subs are ok. I was disappointed at the lack of veggies available. The bread was fresh though. The restaurant workers seem to work quite diligently. The store was clean in appearance and the beverages were magnificent."
