"We ordered two personal size pizzas through the website for takeout. Our order was done right on time and both pizzas were delicious! The basil pesto pizza is pictured."
"Our order was placed online for carry out. I arrived at the time for pickup, but I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. The pizza was okay, but nothing great. The other guest eating with me said the pasta had good flavor but was dry and there was a lot stuck to the bottom of the container. While I was told the order was not ready when I arrived, there was no further communication in the 15 minutes to advise how much longer the wait would be. When the food was delivered, I was not instructed to pick up plastic utensils or a cup for the combo meal. I did grab both, but the plastic fork was pretty dirty. (We washed the fork.) It wasn’t terrible, but the mediocre service and food didn’t leave me any desire to return."
"The atmosphere is nice and clean. Great seating area. The employees are friendly and helpful. They are patient and professional when it comes to assisting or answering questions. The pizza has an authentic taste and is a real treat. The quality is impressive. My only concern is the inconsistency when it comes to preparing the pizza properly. It is undercooked more often. It is hard to enjoy a soft and mushy like pizza. Also, the salads did not have fresh ingredients when I ordered. The gelato is great and the desserts are worth the buy. When they actually get the pizza prepared properly, it is amazing."
"NOTE TO MANAGER…… on 7/30/23 we took our first visit to your restaurant what a disappointment we had when we already had our pizzas cooking and found out that your entire staff was under 21 years of age so NOOOOOOO BEEEEEEER!! That is unbelievable because we came for pizza and beer AS IT IS ADVERTISED!! So whoever is responsible for making the schedule just got a HUGE F from us!! And I’m positive we are not the only customers that wanted beer!! Oh and the food was good, lol…."
"I love that there is now a Norfolk location. I was a regular when I worked in Hilltop VA Beach! As always the pizza is phenomenal. My son had a small pizza and he enjoyed it so much we brought a medium pizza home. The place was clean and staff really patient and kind. It's been a while since I've been but this visit made me realize how much I missed it! I got the new summer peach BBQ hot honey pizza but I substituted the bacon for mushrooms. It's was so good!"
