Domino's Pizza

"Ordered two pizzas recently. Both made incorrectly. I called to just have the pizza refunded, but the manager picked up the phone and left it off the hook. I went back to the restaurant and showed them the incorrect order, there was no apology for the service or the order being wrong."

"I hate this domino’s so much. Doesn’t matter what time of night I order, I expect at least a 2 hour wait. I swear the delivery drivers are on foot, they’re so slow. Tonight was the icing on the cake of placing an online order, waiting the 65-72 minutes of expected delivery time, then calling to check on the status to find out they are having a computer issue and “didn’t see the order come through”. But somehow when I gave them my address they were going to start on it. Tell me how you know my order all of a sudden when you “had a computer issue”. Then say, “they’ll start it now, but it’ll be at least another hour before I can deliver to you.” It’s incredibly frustrating that this location is the contracted delivery option for my address. And yes. I ordered late today, around 11 pm, but I’ve ordered much earlier in the night, and literally had to go pick-up my order because their delivery driver called out even though the app was still accepting delivery orders. I only found out because I called in for a status update. Otherwise the order would have just sat there. I should just learn my lesson and only do carry-out."

"Ordered a pizza and some bread for delivery. Giving them the benefit of the doubt because they have messed up an order that I have gotten once before, that a mistake in my end. The bread was great. The pizza however was horrible. There were bubbles in it that over took the majority of the pizza. So the sauce and cheese ratio was off. It was burnt. I was surprised that they managed to burn the center of the pizza as well as the crust. It was the ugliest pizza I have ever seen. I called about it and was told that they were going to have it remade and delivered in an hour and a half. Over 2 hours later I have not gotten the pizza and I don’t expect to at this rate. I will not be ordering from here again. Not impressed with this establishment. Don’t even waste your money or time."

"Domino's used to be my go-to choice any time I was craving pizza. Delivery was reasonably prompt and food always arrived hot and fresh. These past few months, however, on several occasions I've literally had to wait a minimum of an hour and a half before my food arrived. Checking the status/progress of my order on the Domino's would always be stuck on quality check... All the way until I finally get a text saying a driver is on their way (of course, delivering other orders as well). Last night may be the last time I order Domino's for a while. Almost a 3 hour wait for my pizzas and everything arrived cold. I've tried being patient any time I order but if this location cannot keep delivery drivers on payroll, then please cut off online orders and just offer carryout. Delivery Insurance is a decent concept to offer but if customers consistently have negative experiences, why not just offer refunds? I don't want you 20% off regular menu items... Or a free 2 topping pizza... Because if I waited nearly 3 hours for an order, who is to say I won't be waiting the same amount for these?"

"About 2 weeks ago, I ordered two pizzas from here. Both of which were uncut and looked horrible. I understand sometimes mistakes happen, so I didn’t make a fuss about this mistake. I tried ordering from here once again hoping that I wouldn’t have the same issue, and sure enough another one of my pizzas was not cut. Just a whole pie. Had to cut it myself. I tried to call the location to tell them about the mistake, and I was put on hold for 10 minutes only to have them hang up on me. Lost my business, Will not be ordering from this location anymore."
