"Absolutely love Black Optix Tint! Our entire family uses them! This trip it was my 2020 WRX going in. They stripped my old tint off and applied new 5% on the whole car. I also had them replace all of my speakers and head unit and had them add in a sub and amp. They did phenomenal work and always have! The new sound system is amazing! I will definitely continue to recommend Black Optix! In fact we’ll be back tomorrow to get a head unit in a different car."
"I made an appt the night before (at 8 PM, they responded to emails after business hours) and they got me in first thing after they opened at 9. They took my car back and started immediately after I gave them my keys, which never happens at any shop I go to for anything. So from the beginning I was happy with my experience. They took exactly 2 hours to do my car, which is a small car but I can only imagine the back window was probably tricky to do considering the small space. I'm very pleased with the work. There was a few bubbles that I was concerned about but after 24 hours they were all gone, and it looks perfect now. I would highly recommend this shop. The staff seem knowledgeable and efficient, and very kind. Also I don't have any issues but they told me if I did they would happily help, and based off of other reviews here they seem to be great responding to any issues you may have."
