"I came into this office needing a filling looked at. They recommended that I get a crown. I agreed. From the first appointment all the way until I ended doing business with them, it was a disaster. The temporary kept falling off, then when I got the permanent crown it eventually fell off as well. I went in to ask them to put it back on and the dentist decided to start reshaping the tooth claiming "it may be too smooth". Meaning he original cut on the tooth was too smooth. Then order another crown. When the crown came in they decided to try and charge me for the second crown as well. I did no consent to me ordering another crown, and had no clue they were going to try and charge me the money for their mistake. I have gotten crowns before and never had the issues I had with this place. Then to charge me without having a conversation with me, especially because either the first cut was their fault or the second cut was not needed. The last lady talking to me kept cutting me off then raising her voice, then claiming I was raising my voice when I was just trying to tell her what actually happened. Be careful using this dentist folks!"

"I want to Dr.cox office and it's a nice facility it was my first time visit here I didn't know that they accepted my insurance and they did this dentist office was in my area and I found it right away it was also beside my foot doctor office as well. When I was here I was treated good Dr.cox whiting my teeth because it was due for a cleaning let's say my teeth went from not being the best teeth but when Dr.cox cleaning it my teeth it is much brighter than before and I can't stop smiling now because my teeth are so white and clean I give Dr.Cox a 5 for cleaning my teeth and now I have to go back to the office because I have some cavities that need some attention."
