"They allowed my 18yo daughter to take younger siblings then the following week wouldn't allow her to take another younger sibling. When I stated I will have to find her a new dentist, someone texted me "we have canceled all future appointments per your request"! I replied that's not what I stated and they continued to go back and forth with me. I do not know who was texting me and at no point did they identify themselves. It's too many dentists in RVA to succumb to this immaturity."
