"This location is always extremely filthy, burnt old food on the (grill) and in the little hot box. The cold condiments always look like they have been there for months. long line with 2 employees walking around checking shelf’s with only one on the register and most of the time the cashiers won’t even look at you or say a word, too busy on their phone texting or talking to other employees. No one forced you to take this job"

"The lady that serviced me never once opened her mouth to say good morning. I spoke to her Friday morning she smirked. Don't know her. But she has not customer service skills. She is just plain old disrespectful to customers. She trying to charge me e 2.49 for a large when they are 1.49. Don't pick snd choose who you will treat with respect. Every paying customer deserves to be treated with respect and dignity Go find a warehouse job if you don't like people. I won't be back."

"Love this location and their staff. So friendly and welcoming. They also take debit for VA Lottery which is convenient if you don't have cash on you. Can't do much about the gas prices but their food is always hot and fresh."

"The owner of the store is SUPER Rude, her name is KK I spoke to her this morning being nice said good morning! She looked at me like why are you speaking to me… it takes all of two seconds to respond hello” instead she looked at me with disgust! And the Cappuccino Machine is literally filthy and all the employees that work here have a really really nasty attitude, all except John and the older Caucasian Lady that works there! KK your rude inconsiderate and you show favoritism to one of your employees that’s from where your from not cool! I’ll be calling the heath department on this store!!!!"

"This location always has a long line. Pretty good about the orders the shelves are usually nice and stocked. Two of the staff members are extremely rude and never smile. Older lady with short hair and younger girl with short hair. They always have an attitude and definitely not someone I would have at one of my stores. Customer service is the key in this field and without a decent employee behind the counter you are guaranteed to run off business. I did give y’all multiple opportunities so this was not a one time thing! Wish y’all the best but I would be happier driving further for someone who would respect my clientele!"
