"Don't know what the hell happened to our quarter pounder deluxe burgers, but when we opened the box and took off the bun it looked like someone just threw old lettuce and squirted ketchup and mayo all over it, the tomatoes looked like sliced cherry tomatoes, it looked like it was nuked- the middle of th burger was pink. disgusting to say the least. While having to pull into slot #2 we waited just 2 minutes and a young lady handed me our order, but I had to ask where the happy meal was she said oh and walked away... waited for more than 5 minutes, had to walk in to ask about it. Customer service was non existent. Had to yell hello..... excuse me.... the young man made the happy meal for me and we left. We are done with restaurant!"
"Of all the bad McDonald's in Hampton Roads, this one is consistently the worst. Tonight, we sat in the drive through over half an hour to get our cold food. Not the first time, which is why I normally avoid this location. We were driving right past, though, so we thought it made sense. We were wrong. This restaurant probably deserves to close if they can't do better."
"Simple Order, Son had doc appointment and was heading to drop him to school grabbed 2 $3.50 bundles one dcheeseburger one 6pc nuggets. Well I thought it was 6pc unless it has changed because it was only 5nuggets but food was ok no other real complaints other than fries were barely warm."
"Food was so fresh and hot the bag was practically burning my wife’s leg (good thing). We probably spent 30 seconds in the line with other cars in front and behind us, they were so fast. Drive thru attendants were very nice. Didn’t even have to ask for our cookies to be fresh. Will definitely be back. Thank you to the morning shift staff on 1/20/23, you guys are very much appreciated."
