"The older lady that was taking my order was really snappy and rude. I felt more of an inconvenience than a customer. The smoothie was flavorless and the wrap was cold. I’ve been coming here for years in the morning before work and this was the worse experience. With the cost of a meal I expect to at least get a smile and a quality product."
"I came in on a weekday in the morning the smoothie was watery and terrible. I’ve never encountered someone so rude and hateful to their employees. This older lady, seemed to be a manager was extremely rude and off putting."
"There were no other customers in the restaurant when we arrived at 8pm. The server went in the back when we she saw us walk in. It took several minutes for her to return. She was clearly not interested in taking our order or making our food. If you don’t want customers, just close for the night."
