"I wish I could put zero stars! I’m so pissed I’ve been a regular at this store for so long. I threw away my receipt and one of my items was not in my bag when I got home. So I called to see if they could look up my transaction instead of the manager looking she SAYS OH MY GOD RUDELY AND SAYS SHE’S NOT LOOKING IT UP. So I just lost out on money don’t I don’t have to just be giving out! I’ll never come back here! So damn unprofessional!"

"I absolutely love this store! It’s so clean and always smelling so wonderful! I drive all the way from Fort Eustis just to go to this particular store because of how tidy it is! I feel comfortable and not rushed unlike the other stores do to the clutter. It’s a wonderful atmosphere!! Teresa needs to manage all the stores and get them in order like her store!!!!!! Teresa is the best! She is needed all over. I’m sure being a manager is a project but she makes it look easy! She goes above and beyond and that’s how it should be, the store deserves more then 5stars! No store looks like this one so Teresa and her crew deserve a bonus!!!!"

"The one in buckroe, va was tge worst experience i have ever had. I will not ever go back to that one. The cashier literally didnt want to return some items that i had with my reciept and then tjrned around and started laughing at me and followed me literally to my call antanganizing me. I called corporate but no answer back and now going to contact the manager at that store"
