"I contacted HP to install my new HP printer and thought I was dealing with HP!! After spending 2 hours getting my printer online, they offered me a 3 or 5 year service plan which I took thinking it was HP! They now claim that the $549 charge was for their services! They won't itemize my bill and refuse to refund the 5 year plan! So I paid $549 for two hours of work! However, the printer does now work. Moral of this story...ask UPFRONT before engaging the services of USRepairs LLC."
