"Was looking for dry ice they didn't have it but looked up where I could get it great customer service."
"I came in for yard bags but I could only find contractor bags (black). I asked for help and the employee was able to bring me directly to their last 3 boxes. I'd prefer that they had all the bags in a similar location or maybe near the yard tools, but it's not a big deal. I don't really come to Ace hardware too often but they are much closer to my house than Lowe's, home Depot or Walmart when I need something last minute. In all seriousness... I often don't like Ace prices but I do prefer how their employees are more willing to help when compared to big box retailers. In my opinion, Ace employees are better trained or just in general more knowledgeable in their respective departments. Just my experience at this location."
"Man, I used to be a fan of Ace Hardware and their extensive store. After visiting here though, I have a complete change of heart. It's obvious this place doesn't know how to hire employees, much less management. What a joke!"
"I have purchased several Stihl items from this store, one which is a weed eater, after a couple of months it will not stay running so I carried it in to have it repaired. They wanted to charge a $40 diagnostic fee, I was told it may or may not be covered by warranty, but the warranty does not cover Labor?? I find this very unacceptable, I have used the machine less than 6 times, I purchased and use the Stihl oil for the “extended” warranty, registered the items, and now find out it’s really just a scam!!! The store employees could only say this is what “we charge” not what any policy’s stated. So much for supporting the “locally owned business”… SHAMEFUL!!!"
"I had some slow drains in my home and decided I needed something stronger than the regular liquid drain cleaners. I decided to give Ace Hardware a try and sure enough I walked in and was greeted by Hannah. She asked what we needed and I asked for the strongest and most toxic drain cleaner they had! She immediately helped us and was very kind and fun to work with. I will be making sure to come visit Hannah at Ace again soon! Thanks Ace and Hannah!!!"
