"Just moved into my condo, I needed upgrades on my appliances mine were here since 1995. I got a great deal on all Samsung appliances, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and a washer and dryer delivered for $2000 fairly new they also hooked up all my appliances such as changing plugs , removing fridge doors and draws so it would fit into my narrow kitchen doorway, placed it and reassembling assembled the fridge doors and draws again alter. "This company is a terrible do not buy anything from them. they will not refund you they sold me a washer full of black mold, a cracked dryer and they refused to refund my home warranty company. The owner talks down to you and he is very disrespectful. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! They wont even talk with you over the phone everything is through text. nothing is professional about this company! They are money hungry they aren't about their customers. Didn't give me a heads up about how the appliances where going to be promised he would replace them in 72 hours never showed up or followed up with a call. "DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MAN!!!! Save yourself the hassle and headache We bought a newer model Samsung washer and dryer set on July 6th. The washer was disgusting and had dirt all inside of it but we rinsed it and it worked fine ok no problem. However on Friday we realized the dryer was no longer drying our clothes so I reached out to him last night about replacing it (because he gave us a 90 day warranty). He said he would be bringing the replacement today but never said when even though I kept asking him to let me know a time. At 6:30pm he sent me a picture of the dryer sitting in our front yard, mind you it was raining and we weren’t home because he never said he was on his way. The dryer he dropped off was not equivalent to the original dryer we bought and at this point he has blocked me and my husband. My brother in law reached out to the phone number on his Facebook page and he has been threatening him. This man is very unprofessional, disrespectful and you should not give him your hard earned money."

"I purchased a washer and dryer set from this company and the washer stopped working in 2 months. When I was told I had a 6 month warranty on it I called the guy who runs this company to let him know about the issue I’m having with my washer he was rude and unprofessional. He blocked me on FB messenger because I asked for a new washer and or a refund because this is ridiculous. I then called the number listed on the website and he hung up on me! Do not purchase from this company. Absolutely unprofessional!!"
