"I'll NEVER shop for clothes ever again in jcp. The prices NEVER match. They advertise prices but none of the items on their shelving or racks match. I'm always shopping for multiple people. In this case 12 kids. Even all the BOGO did not ring up. This is how companies get over on customer's that don't pay attention to price. All the signs will say Reg price $12 (for example) and list the various regular prices with the sale prices starting at $4.99 but none of the clothes match the regular price and even the lower price items, like $10 will ring up higher than the sale price. I took pictures of All the signs and I'll turn it into corporate but I won't be back as I'm tired of wasting my VALUABLE time with stores that just can't get it right. Not to mention this is a DIRTY store and I even had to clean out my cart which had bottles and hangers and that was the CLEANER cart. Way to lose several grand$$. I'll stick to Target and Gymboree!"
"WTH do you pay these people to do in the store? This store looks horrible and the flooring looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in months."
"The store is only one level and a bit understaffed. The staff that they do have are friendly and professional. If you’re someone that needs to rest, they only have benches in the shoe department or at the entrances. I found a nice pair of boots that were discounted from $110.00 USD to $34.00 USD. There is also a mini Sephora located in this store."
