"Overall nice store layout with many shopping options. But with that being said one of the employees could Definitely use a few classes on Adequate and customer service. I stopped by to grab a few things with my 2 little ones, they each picked out a toy of their liking & we proceed to the section with vases, rocks etc. My little ones stopped no further than 5 feet from me to look at the various artificial fruits, Next thing I know there’s an employee yelling at my 3 year old to not squeeze the artificial fruit!! Who yells at a child over fake fruit?! you would’ve swore that she had homemade them herself (Not) she then turns to me & says that a few of the artificial fruits have been damaged & to keep my child close by me, my child is literally 5 steps away not in a whole other isle than I am. I “kindly” told her that I’m right here with my children!! She then grabs whole container & walks away mumbling, a few seconds later she returns with the box cutting her eye at my children like she’s some kind of threat to us & rudely storms away. As we’re approaching the checkout I see her whispering to another worker looking our way. I’m thinking it’s really not that serious & why is she going so crazy over plastic fruits, they must be taking the fruit damages out of her check or whatever. Idk she just seemed overall rude & snappy like she didn’t want to work, & if that’s the case find another job don’t take it out on a 3yr old! Had my little ones not been there I’m pretty sure she would’ve ended up with a Banana or 3 in her rude mouth!"
