"The women in this store could not be less welcoming. I went in to pick up a Christmas gift and had intended to purchase additional items as well. However, the THREE women working in the store were more worried about the UPS man arriving after me than they were about actually helping me. I left with half a mind to return what I did buy. If it had been for me, I would have. I mentioned this experience to my friends, and they confirmed that their experiences there have been similar. Very disappointed."
"I truly felt like I was invisible. Overheard a sales associate ask 2 other shoppers if she could assist them. She walked by me twice and never spoke to me. And I did need help. I loved shopping here,but the inventory was at a minimum. Very sad."
"So basically a group of friends and I just went to the loft in the boonsboro shopping center in lynchburg va and I've never been treating with such disrespect! One of the workers accused one of my friends of stealing sunglasses that she received as a gift from her step mom. Let me say the friend that was accused of stealing is the most trustworthy and honest person I know. And she was extremely affended by this so I decided to go back in and ask her about it. The woman lied about it. I'm very disappointed, they just lost a ton of business."
