"I truly wish there was a way I could give no stars. I went into Advance Auto Parts today to get a turn signal for my van. My experience I can’t even find the words to explain. I was treated horrible from the time I walked in the door. I didn’t see other customers being treating this way. I’m a woman a black woman and it’s not ok for men to say what they want to us. Treat us with RESPECT. The same respect you give the women in your family. I may be African American but I’m still a woman. I will never go the Advance Auto Parts on Old Forest again."
"Their website says they're open until 9, so I drove all the way out there to pick up a charging battery. Get there at 8:15 as two people are walking out locking the door. They said I was wrong and they "have always closed at 8", and would not go back in to get my battery for me. Very unprofessional and technically false advertising since their website hours are wrong."
