Hardee’s

"This place has been the slowest hardees ever... they never get my order right... the sausage gravy had no sausage... the sausage biscuit was in 3 peices and they thought it would still be ok to Serve it to me... the tea had no sugar in dining room and the drive thru.. the manager walking around looking lost.. the cashier lost... didn't even ring me up for what I asked for then tried to tell me I didn't order it... ummm I know I heard my own self order cause I order same thing every time... this place needs to be closed down...shut it down...saddddd"

"Restaurant was not cleaned at all tables were dirty had to eat in the car. Service was slow took 15 mins to make a chicken tender platter. When you come up to the front door there was a trash bag."

"I visited Hardee’s on my lunch break trying to get some fresh food and when I get there I ordered a two piece chicken combo with fries. After I paid they young lady with the braids asked if I would pull up and they bring my food out. After about 10 minutes I received chicken that may have been sitting under the lamp all day that some genius decided to give me with a scorched smell to it and my fries were the same exact way. I’m disappointed because I didn’t have enough time to go back to have my order corrected so I try calling and don’t get an answer. SMH I will not be returning and I will also be sharing this on Facebook tell everyone before you go here and eat you may as well go across the street to Popeyes at least your food will be fresh and if you call the store it an actual person working who answered the phone. Food isn’t cheap and I don’t have money to be just throwing away. I thank god for growth because the old me would’ve returned back to the store acting a pure food but I just won’t eat here . Ps. There wasn’t any other customers around in the store or drive through and they still couldn’t get my food right. Hardee’s count your days"

"Extremely slow and painful to watch. Dine in for two chicken biscuits took near 15 minutes to order and then 5 minutes to get two squished biscuits. At least were hot and tasted good."

"I heard about the new Chicken Tenders Platter so I had to try it out ( I already love the tenders you have ) . When I got there I noticed you have changed the fries ( which is why I deducted one star ) everyone is doing the crinkle fries and having the same results ( soggy ) so I’m going to avoid them next time. Second I noticed the Texas toast, so what are you thinking trying to be like DQ’s Grill & Chill ??? ( you’re far from it , they have a gravy to go with it ) that’s the 2nd star I took away. Next time I visit I’m going to try the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich that looks good. Hopefully next time my review will be better."
