"This location used to rock but the last few times I’ve gone they’ve gotten my order wrong, charged me for items I didn’t receive, and did a terrible job actually making the subs. Got a tuna sub and all of the tuna was on the outside, and the tuna was dry. Also, the employees use gloves to make the subs and then use those same gloves to work the register without changing gloves. I’ve seen this back and forth a few times. What’s the point of the gloves if you’re just going to touch everything? Gross"
"I am not sure if this location is under new management or ownership, but there is a drastic change in service. Once I ordered delivery, and the driver made it to my location and just sat in the back parking lot because he couldn't understand my directions to drive to the front of the building. He asked me to cancel my order, which I declined, and I had to walk to the back of the building to retrieve my order. I figured that was a one-off. I ordered today at 12:37, and it is currently almost 2 and I still have not received my order."

"This location is awful! The food doesn't seem as fresh as other locations. Inside looks dirty and disheveled. Sandwich making line was messy. Order was all wrong. Preordered on mobile app due to time constraints. Still had to wait for my order, only to get basic off the menu sandwiches that we didn't want. Has gone downhill since changing ownership.!"
"It really wasn't what I wanted. I wanted a sub..on sub bread..not sliced bread..they charge enough so go to food Lion a few steps away and get sub rolls..it was dinner time.. shouldn't be out of product for rush..I wouldn't have gotten it but owner/manager spoke broken English and I guess misunderstood. But ya know, I won't be going back! I also tip well."
