"Maybe we just went on an off day, but my partner and I did not have a great experience here. It’s a super cute diner that we’ve been wanting to try for a while, but we left disappointed. The service was not very friendly and the food was lacking. I ordered the biscuits and gravy (the biscuits were very tough and the gravy wasn’t very flavorful) with a side of grits and scrapple (deep fried which isn’t my preference but was fine). My partner didn’t have any complaints about his food, an omelette and some pancakes. Probably won’t be returning."

"I decided to go here for breakfast cuz I had not been there since covid hit. When I first walked in I was very surprised by the brand new retro environment updated inside. Very light and Airy feeling. My waitress was outstanding. However I did not find this place for breakfast very affordable at all. Trying to keep within my budget I ordered only two slices of French toast a cup of coffee and for my protein I did get sausage links. I was so astonished when it came time for the bill just for the food was over $16. When I looked at the itemization the cup of coffee itself was $4. The sausage which was Three Links I did not find to be anything fantastic. The French toast well was just playing French toast. Next time I will need to plan more appropriately when staying within a budget. I will not be coming back for a while. Just for comparison I went to another local establishment for breakfast another day I had coffee corned beef hash which is usually a pricier breakfast menu item and two eggs over easy and two slices of toast. My bill including a tip was only $12 and change."

"I've been here several times over the years and it's always been good. My most recent trip, they'd remodeled and it's adorable! I went with my husband and son. We ordered a kids cheeseburger and fries, the waffle buster, and shrimp Benedict. Everything was out super fast and piping hot and so flippin' good. My hollandaise was creamy, not greasy like so many diners serve. It was so delicious I just stuffed myself silly. The waffle truly was so delicious with just a sprinkle of powdered sugar - it was like a cookie! If you've never been, go. You won't regret it!"

"In from out of town and was looking for a pancake place near our hotel. This location has really strong reviews and since I am a fan of diners, we decided to try it. Got there around 10am on a Friday and had zero wait. Our waitress for very friendly and full of energy. Loved the classic 50s/60s ambiance of the dinner. Food came out very fast and was fresh. My 17year old and I both ordered a plate that came with pancakes (short stack). Neither of us could finish or stack, the pancakes were huge and tasty. Bacon was crisp and the grits were good as well. The eggs were just meh…but everything else was really good. It got real busy as we were just wrapping up and there were several people waiting to get in. The prices were comparable to an IHOP but the food was much better. We only had time to go out for breakfast one time while we were in town, but this was a great choice!"

"The restaurant is really nice and cozy! Friendly environment, positive vibes and SUPER GOOD food! We went for lunch, but had breakfast! It was DELICIOUS! I loved every bit of it! We had the Belly Buster dish and biscuits and gravy. Amazing! The waitress was really sweet and welcoming. Highly, highly recommend!"
