Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Worst Chipotle in the area. Rude staff, not even informing on they are out of mandatory ingredients for a bowl. Careless about remembering what was ordered. Their expression doesn't look welcoming. If you are not really passionate about your job, then you should get the rt one which you like. Food quality was not at per, how it's suppose to be. Burned chicken, hard rice....how do you even charge money with such poor food. Please don't go here. Go to other locations."

"This place is disgusting! It doesn’t appear anyone cleans. The younger guy taking orders today was rude to pretty much everyone who was in line for no apparent reason other than his own incompetence. His constant mistakes kept the line stagnant. The younger female was also snippy and rude, but at least proficient at her job. She was likely only short with the guests due to her coworkers incompetence. The restaurant itself looked disgusting. No napkins, trash overflowing, tables dirty. This is pathetic Chipotle!"

"Great guac, brown rice cooked perfectly. I had to wait 15 minutes after opening to order, then another 15 minutes for them to make the dressing for my salad. Service poor, food ok."

"After spending some time at Ikea we decided, with hungry bellies, to head over to Chipotle. I expected the usual like all other Chipotles. The lineup was long and customers were waiting to be served. No one was attending to us. Us meaning the whole line of at least 8-9 customers. I could tell they were doing online orders, but I was wondering if they went through a shift change because it took about 5 minutes before an employee worked the line. In that time I was able to observe a little bit more of the location. Every table was dirty with debris from food. No one was coming out to wipe down tables. My wife orders a chicken bowl with guac. My daughter orders a chicken bowl with extra rice and cheese. I order a chicken burrito. After getting our food we went to fill up drinks and get forks. There were no forks left at all. My wife get spoons instead, but every spoon is wet. I'm assuming from juice and soda but who knows. There's no way where using those. My daughter reaches to get napkins only to find that both the dispensers are completely empty. There was crumbled up paper towel and straw wrappers everywhere. The place an absolute mess. I go to the front and ask if they have forks. No verbal response.. but a bucket with forks are pushed towards me. I'm thankful they're not wet. The chicken in all our meals was overspiced. My daughter picked every piece out and wouldn't eat it. My wife was close to the same thing. She had chunks of chicken bigger than any I've seen before. I'm a Chipotle fan but this was not good food at all."

"When I first started going here to the 1087 N Military Hwy location. I was disappointed in the service and the food. I didn't want to go there anymore. I had a bad experience with some of the old managers. There was this really mean and curt old white guy. But with a push from a friend I went back to the store, and while I can see that guy still works there. You can tell that the new blood runs the place. It is a refreshing energy. There are so many good young people working their hardest at this location. I want to give a special shout out to the manager named Q. He not only worked hard and did his job wonderfully, but he also did it with a smile and an infectious energy that was contagious. I had an amazing experience."
