"I use to like Captain D's but three strikes and I'm out. This most recent time I ordered quite a bit of food. The Mac and cheese was cold, like not even room temperature, but cold. For the time we waited I was expecting the food to be piping hot. The crab cake was burnt burnt and the coleslaw tasted like what I would imagine mop water to taste like and it was warm. The lady who took my order was nice. But yeah nah I spent almost $30 on some cold burnt mop water food. I will definitely not spending my money at Captain D's anymore..oh and I found it quite odd that every time the drive thru cashier swiped someone's card she used her phone for something..could be nothing but I found it strange"
"We came in and ordered a fish. Shrimp and fries lunch, $5.99 and a fish and fries lunch, also $5.99. We Had or order ready within minutes. The server was a very hard worker, Shares, and courteous, the food was good and restaurant was clean. Very nice visit."
"I in drive thru for 20 minutes, when we go to window the girl had order rong could not understand her very rude. Got order took home it was very disappointing food was cold should of had chicken dinner and fish dinner loaded potatoes not a loaded all dried up nothing on it. Chicken tasted like old fish oil ask for fride okra slimy Fish dinner was like the chicken disappeared fish had a bab taste French fries was like cooked in old oil and cold okra slimy. Hush puppies over cooked. We will never go back there."
"They opened at 10:30. I walked in at 10:31 and said good morning twice and received no response from the young lady. Another young came from the back and I said good morning again and that one responded. It seem as though they were having some problems getting the registers up so I waited patiently. The second young lady told her to use the drive thru register is necessary. The first young lady went to drive through at about 10:40 and proceed to take orders without even acknowledging me still standing there. At 10:43 she finally acknowledge my presence and asked what I wanted. 13 mins just standing there."
"We Love it! Staff is always friendly, fast and warm-hearted. Our food comes to us hot and accurate, delivered with a smile. They even take the time to check in on you to see how your enjoying it. Great job, really guys, much thanks for a great guest experience every time we come in!"
